Love and care goes into every Lou Lou Doll garment, but if you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to exchange it, we will be happy to issue a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your item. If it has been 28 days since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, including tags and plastic, and the garments must not be washed or worn.

Various types of goods are exempt from return. Non-returnable items include:

Gift Cards/E-Gift Cards

Socks and Tights

hair accessories

Bespoke Products

You cannot return the products in our Celebration collection, but you can replace them with a different size, provided that the product you are replacing has all its original tags.

We need a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return. Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

RETURNS

To return your product, please contact [email protected] to make arrangements. You must mail your product to:

Please note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your product. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Lou Lou Baby is not responsible for returns lost in transit; It is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

RETURNS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, your refund will be processed within up to 10 business days for International orders and will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

CHANGES

If you would like to exchange the product for a different size, please send us an email informing us of your exchange at [email protected], fill out our return form with the necessary information, and then return the product to us. We will send you the new product after receiving your return.

Special Collection

Our celebration collection is handmade in Turkey and is non-refundable. However, if necessary, it can be exchanged for a different size of the same product.

Bespoke Clothing

Since our custom-made clothes are handmade in Turkey and produced individually using measurements specific to your child, there are no returns or exchanges.
