All our promotional codes are valid for a limit period of time. Codes are limited to one per person, per order and not valid with other promotional offers.
Please note: No code will be valid to use in conjunction with other Lou Lou Baby offers or for orders including any products from our Celebration Collection.
SALE
Our commercial promotions that offer a unique promo code, cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount. Our Sale period will only run for a limited amount of time. The Delivery & Returns Conditions for sale can be found on our DELIVERY & RETURNS.
SECURED PAYMENT
Lou Lou Baby offers the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express.
In order to guarantee a secure and pleasant shopping experience, www.louloubabygifts.com uses secure payment technology. The data is transmitted SSL-encrypted. After verifying that the card is included in the SET system, the system will contact the card-issuing bank to enable the buyer to authorise the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity, the payment will be charged to the card. Otherwise, the order will be cancelled.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders placed from our website, www.pepalondon.com, will be shipped from our Warehouse at Izmır ,Gazi Blv No/87-210 Konak 35210. Stock permitting, all orders are dispatched on the same day that the order is placed between Monday – Friday before 1pm GMT. SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please note, if you wish to send the goods to an address outside of the TR, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Lou Lou Baby is not responsible for any duties and taxes which may be incurred. Please also note that customs policies vary widely from country to country.* We recommend contacting your local customs office for further information. CUSTOMS AND TAXES
If you are in the US & Canada, taxes and duties will be added at checkout. If you are in Europe or the Rest of the World, taxes and duties are included in the product prices – you won’t pay anything extra at checkout, or upon delivery of your order. Unfortunately we cannot collect taxes and duties at checkout for Brazil, so this will be charged upon delivery or at customs, and not by Lou Lou Baby.
In the event of replacements or exchanges being sent to non-domestic countries no duty is normally charged.
How are customs and taxes calculated?
At Lou Lou Baby we try to make purchasing as easy as possible. One of the main concerns that buyers from outside the TR have is the amount of duty they may have to pay. This is why, for all countries apart from the US, Canada and Brazil, we have merged all duties and taxes into product prices. This means that there are no surprise costs at checkout or upon receiving your order. Customers from the US and Canada pay taxes and duties at checkout. Unfortunately, we cannot charge taxes and duties at checkout for Brazil – this will be charged by Brazilian customs or the courier upon delivery or entry into the country.
RETURNS
Love and care goes into every Lou Lou Baby garment, however, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase or wish to exchange, we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of receiving your item. If 28 days have gone by since receiving your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, including tags and plastic, and garments must not be washed or worn.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Non-returnable items include:

Please note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning your product. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Lou Lou Baby is not responsible for returns lost in transit; It is recommended that you include tracking and insurance for your protection. Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
For international customers, including EU countries, who wish to return our products, please ensure you complete your customs return form, including the following notation “British return goods” on the outside of your package. Our warehouse services will not accept parcels that have been subject to customs duty or import VAT and therefore your parcel will be sent back to you. Lou Lou Baby is not responsible for any customs or import charges that may arise from international customers returning goods.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email acknowledging that we have received your returned item. If you’re approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
CHANGES
If you would like to exchange the product for a different size, please send us an email informing us of your exchange at [email protected], fill out our return form with the necessary information, and then return the product to us. After we receive your return, we will send you the new product for free.
Discounted products
Discounted products purchased online can be returned within 14 days. Please follow our instructions above to receive your refund.
Bespoke Clothing and Celebration Collection
Our bespoke clothing and Celebration collections are handmade and bespoke in Spain, made using specific measurements for your child and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note: Each item is unique and handmade using vintage materials such as lace and fabric, so each piece will be unique with some variations as shown in the picture which do not affect the overall design, style or appearance.
