E\u011fer ikiz bebek bekliyorsan\u0131z ortalama 17-22 kg a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kazan\u0131m\u0131 normaldir.<\/p><p><strong>\u0130lk 3 ay ( I. trimester)<\/strong> <br \/>Gebeli\u011fe fazla kiloyla ba\u015flad\u0131ysan\u0131z, ilk 3 ay ald\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z kaloriyi \u00e7ok fazla art\u0131rmaya gerek yoktur. \u0130lk 3 ay kilo almamak hatta kusmalardan dolay\u0131 olu\u015fan kilo kayb\u0131 normal say\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ancak a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kayb\u0131na neden olabilecek diyet yapmak veya a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k kazan\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kat\u0131 bir \u015fekilde s\u0131n\u0131rlamak da gebelik d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7in uygun de\u011fildir.<\/p><p><strong>\u0130kinci 3 ay (II. Trimester)<\/strong> <br \/>\u0130kinci 3 ayda artan ihtiyac\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layabilmek i\u00e7in hamile kad\u0131nlar\u0131n g\u00fcnl\u00fck 300-500 kalorilik ek enerji almas\u0131 gerekir. \u00d6zellikle gebeli\u011fin 20. haftas\u0131ndan sonra v\u00fccudun gereksinimleri artar. Bu d\u00f6nem bebe\u011fin h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve i\u015ftah\u0131n\u0131n artt\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemdir.<\/p><p><strong>\u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc 3 ay (III. Trimester)<\/strong> <br \/>Bebe\u011fin en h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc d\u00f6nemdir. Genellikle 28. haftaya ka\u00e7 kilo alarak girerseniz gebelik iki misli kilo al\u0131m\u0131yla sonlan\u0131r. Bu nedenle 28. haftaya kadar al\u0131nan kilo \u00e7ok dikkatle izlenmelidir.<\/p><p><strong>Mide ek\u015fimeleri<\/strong> <br \/>Gebelik s\u00fcresince kad\u0131nlar\u0131n en \u00e7ok \u015fikayet\u00e7i oldu\u011fu durum mide ek\u015fimeleridir. Yeterli ve dengeli beslenme ile g\u00fcnl\u00fck protein gereksinmesi kar\u015f\u0131lanabilir. Bebe\u011fin b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi i\u00e7in gebelik s\u00fcresince ortalama 950 gr. Protein depo edilmesi gerekir. Gebeli\u011fin son 6. ay\u0131nda bebek daha h\u0131zl\u0131 b\u00fcy\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in proteine olan gereksinimi artar. Gebeler i\u00e7in g\u00fcnl\u00fck al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken protein miktar\u0131 60-90 gr&#8217;d\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Demir:<\/strong> <br \/>Bitkisel besinlerle beslenen kad\u0131nlarda demir eksikli\u011fi anemisi s\u0131k g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir ve bu annelerden do\u011fan bebekler daha az demir depolar\u0131na sahip olup, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck do\u011fum a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 ve premat\u00fcre do\u011fmaktad\u0131rlar. Demir; et ve t\u00fcrevleri, yumurta, koyu ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzeler, kuru baklagiller ve kuru \u00fcz\u00fcm, incir gibi besinlerde bulunur. G\u00fcnde 15-20 mg demir al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Kalsiyum:<\/strong> <br \/>Bebek 30 gr kalsiyum depo eder. S\u00fct, yo\u011furt, peynir, \u00e7\u00f6kelek, pekmez, f\u0131nd\u0131k, kuru baklagiller, ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzeler, kalsiyumun iyi kaynaklar\u0131d\u0131r. Gebelikte kad\u0131n\u0131n 1200 mg kalsiyum almas\u0131 gerekir. (5 su barda\u011f\u0131 s\u00fct veya yo\u011furt yendi\u011finde gereksinim kar\u015f\u0131lanm\u0131\u015f olur.)<\/p><p><strong>Folik asit:<\/strong> <br \/>Karaci\u011fer, koyu ye\u015fil yaprakl\u0131 sebzeler, karnabahar, et, yumurta, s\u00fct ve t\u00fcrevleri ile tah\u0131llarda bulunur. Folik asit yetersizli\u011finde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck do\u011fum a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 bebekler, n\u00f6ral t\u00fcp defektleri (NTD), ve annede megaloblastik anemi olu\u015fur. Planl\u0131 gebeliklerde gebeli\u011fin ilk 3 ay\u0131 s\u00fcresince g\u00fcnde 400 microgram folik asit kullan\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. N\u00f6ral t\u00fcp\u00fcn kapanmas\u0131 intrauterin ya\u015fam\u0131n 4. haftas\u0131n\u0131n sonunda tamamland\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan bu d\u00f6nemden sonra al\u0131nan folik asitin NTD olu\u015fumunu \u00f6nleyici etkisi yoktur. Ancak kan yap\u0131m\u0131 i\u00e7in folik asit gereksinimi t\u00fcm gebelik s\u00fcresince devam edecektir.<\/p><p><strong>\u0130yot:<\/strong> <br \/>Gebelerin iyot gereksinmesi kar\u015f\u0131lanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman mental gerilik ve do\u011fumsal anomaliler ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Annenin iyot eksikli\u011fine ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak bebekler hipotiroidik olarak do\u011fabilirler. \u0130yotlu tuzlar kullan\u0131larak gereksinim kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131r. \u0130yot en \u00e7ok deniz \u00fcr\u00fcnlerinde bulunur.<\/p><p><strong>B 12 vitamini:<\/strong> <br \/>B 12 vitamini hayvansal kaynakl\u0131 besinlerde bulunur. En iyi kaynaklar\u0131; organ etleri, k\u0131rm\u0131z\u0131 et, s\u00fct, peynir, yumurta sar\u0131s\u0131 ve bal\u0131k etidir. B 12 eksikli\u011finde megaloblastik anemi, do\u011fumsal anomaliler ve sinir sistemi bozukluklar\u0131 olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Gebelik i\u00e7in \u00e7ok \u00f6nemli olan bir ba\u015fka \u00f6zelli\u011fi de v\u00fccudu enfeksiyon ve toksinlere kar\u015f\u0131 korumas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Kafein ve alkol:<\/strong> <br \/>A\u015f\u0131r\u0131 miktarda t\u00fcketilen \u00e7ay, kahve, kolal\u0131 i\u00e7ecekler; demir, \u00e7inko gibi \u00f6nemli minerallerin emilimini engellemekte ve anemi riskini art\u0131rmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7ay s\u0131k t\u00fcketen gebelere \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k ve limonlu t\u00fcketmeleri \u00f6nerilir.<\/p><p>Gebelik ve alkol\u00fcn ba\u011fda\u015fmayaca\u011f\u0131 tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z bilinmektedir. Bir kad\u0131n\u0131n gebelik s\u00fcresince g\u00fcnl\u00fck v\u00fccut a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kilogram\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na 2g&#8217;dan fazla alkol almas\u0131 a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 doz olarak kabul edilmekte, bebekte b\u00fcy\u00fcme ve geli\u015fme gerili\u011fi, mikrosefali, yar\u0131k damak, y\u00fcz kemiklerinde az geli\u015fme, eklem anomalileri gibi bozukluklara neden olmaktad\u0131r. <br \/>Gebelikte alkol t\u00fcketimi kadar hatta daha zararl\u0131 bir ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131l\u0131k sigara i\u00e7me al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p><p><strong>Kab\u0131zl\u0131k (konstipasyon):<\/strong> <br \/>Posa i\u00e7eren sebze ve meyvelerin \u00e7i\u011f olarak t\u00fcketilmesi, g\u00fcnl\u00fck 2 litre s\u0131v\u0131 al\u0131nmas\u0131, kuru kay\u0131s\u0131, incir, erik gibi besinlerin yenmesi veya komposto ho\u015faf olarak t\u00fcketilmesi, kab\u0131zl\u0131k ve hemoroid geli\u015fen gebe kad\u0131nlar\u0131n barsaklar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na yard\u0131mc\u0131 olur. Probiyotik \u00fcr\u00fcnler kullan\u0131labilir.<\/p><p><strong>Sabah bulant\u0131lar\u0131:<\/strong> <br \/>Anne adaylar\u0131n\u0131n % 50-90&#8217;\u0131 \u00f6zellikle gebeli\u011fin ilk aylar\u0131nda bulant\u0131 sorunu ya\u015fayabilir.
